Dr.A. Ravikumar, elder son of Dr.A.Arunachalam,  the founder of Adaikalamatha group of Institution, completed his post graduation in MBA at REC (Regional Engineering College) and started his career as Marketing  Manager in Minjur Sheet  Casting Pvt., in the year 1984 and served as Manager and Development Officer at SIDCO    (Tamil Nadu small Industry Development Corporation Pvt.,) Chennai for about 18 years. Bounded with adequate Industrial Experience, he has earned 11 years of academic experience and has published papers in more than 8 journals.

He has published 6 Hindu Religious devotional books that includes summary of bhagavat Gita and 2 books of lyrics on Former president Fakruithin ali Ahamed and kavinger  Kannadasan which was appreciated by Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam.
